Bran Muffins
Try these for a heartier muffin.

Bran Muffins

4 beaten eggs                                                            2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk                                                         3 cups sugar
5 cups flour                                                              1 cup oil
5 tsp. soda                                                                1 20 oz box raisin bran

Mix beaten eggs with buttermilk, add dry ingredients. Mix in oil and raisin bran. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake at 400* for 15-20 minutes. Mixture keeps for 6 weeks in refrigerator.
