Favorite Pizza Crust

From "Set for Life" cookbook 2 1/2 cups flour 1 TBSP sugar 1 TBSP dry yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup hot water 2 TBSP oil Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil; mix well. Add remaining flour as needed to make a soft dough. Knead 5 minutes; let dough rest 5 minutes. Roll dough out on pizza pan or baking sheet. To prevent soggy crust, prebake at 500* for 3 to 4 minutes. After baking, spread with sauce and desired toppings, or shape dough and fill for pizza pockets. Bake at 500* for 10-12 minutes.
