Malt-o-meal Muffins
A yummy muffin, made with blueberries for a good breakfast or without for a delicious supper bread.

Malt-o-meal Muffins

4 cups flour                                  1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup dry Malt-o-Meal               1 cup oil
4 Tbsp. baking powder                   4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar                         2 Tbsp. vanilla
2  tsp. salt                                   blueberries (optional)                                            

Preheat oven to 400*. In large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir until all are moistened. Add blueberries if desired. Fill paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 18-20 minutes until center is firm. Makes 30-36.
