Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/4 cup butter                                         15 Tbsp. cocoa
1 2/3 cup sugar                                         almost 2 cups flour
2 eggs                                                       2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla                                       3 3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Mix first four ingredients together. Add the rest and mix well. Cook at 330* for 14 minutes, 7 up, 7 down.
