Minute Fudge Frosting
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa or 1 square bakers chocolate, cut up
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix everything except vanilla in saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate and butter melt, and sugar dissolves. Bring to a fast, rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute 20 seconds. Remove from heat and beat until lukewarm. Stir in vanilla. Beat until smooth spreading. Enough for one 13x 9" cake.
